Why Is My Item Taking Longer Than Expected?

Tracking Shows "Delivered," But I Have Not Received My Item

Contact the courier service immediately for assistance.
If you have opted for package protection at checkout, we will promptly send a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
